57th Annual Student Art Show Information

​For the 2020 Upcoming Exhibit & Competition
 
Open to students from 1st grade through high school (any school or home school.)
 
Registration is at the Downtown Art Gallery 630, 630 Belanger St., Houma,
March 3rd & 4th, 2020, (3 - 6 PM)
 
Artwork exhibited at the Terrebonne Parish Library (North Branch), 4130 W Park Ave, Gray, March 9 - 15
 
Competition will be divided into three age-range categories with awards in each category and a Best-of-Show Award
 
Awards reception on Sunday, March 15, 2020, (2 - 4 PM)
 
Please note: Artwork must be original by the artist and not created in a class or camp setting.

Sponsored by the Terrebonne Fine Arts Guild.

Our goal in hosting this annual show is to enhance the arts in Terrebonne Parish and The Bayou Region by enlightening young minds to the awareness and importance of the arts.  We accomplish this through, not only our Children's Show (formerly Student Show) but also our Children's Summer Camp. Camp registration should begin by mid-April.  Please check our website for registration information if interested in your young artist participating in the 2018 Summer Camp.

2019 Show General Information
Registration: February 26th & 27th (Noon - 6 PM at the Guild - 630 Belanger Street)
Awards Reception: Sunday, March 17th (2-4 PM at the Terrebonne Library Main Branch, 151 Library Drive)
Exhibit: Terrebonne Library's Main Branch (March 11th - 17th)

Student Artwork from Grades 1 - 12
No cost to enter
Open to students from Terrebonne and Lafourche Parishes
Open to public, private, and home-schooled children
Parents and Teachers can register their children
One Masterpiece entry per child
